InnoConcept was founded in 2017 based on the owners’ almost two decades of experience. Today, as the representative and distributor of almost 20 major European furniture manufacturers, we are a key player in the domestic furniture and home furnishing market. The primary task of our new employee is to support the commercial and communication activities of InnoConcept; participates in customer service, interior design projects and related commercial administration. She/he performs content management tasks for the web store and is responsible for the digital communication of the company at the operational level. We are looking for enthusiastic, independent, enthusiastic and positive applicants interested in home furnishing and object culture. Are you a freshman? Professional challenges:

  • Customer service, furniture project consulting, concept, quotations and order management [we do not expect existing product knowledge, we will teach you everything]
  • Support for organizational tasks related to customer service, complaint handling
  • Keeping in touch with existing customers, following offers, priority marketing support in the areas of sales and business development
  • Website and online content management (writing and preparing blog posts, campaign texts, newsletter and PR content), operational support for social media and other marketing campaigns (posting, sharing stories) [we have graphic designer]
  • Cooperation with manufacturers and subcontractors
  • CRM system management [of course we will show how it works]
  • Doing administrative background work [we do it too]

 

You are our candidate if:

  • you have a higher education degree
  • you have up-to-date IT practice in using the Office softwares (Word, Excel) (knowledge of Photoshop and other graphic programs, basic programming knowledge advantage)
  • your proficiency on social platforms is outstanding
  • your professional English language skills (written and spoken) live and active
  • you react quickly, calmly and result-oriented in a decision situation
  • you have a determined and a demanding attitude towards yourself and your work, and a high carrying capacity
  • you communicate outstandingly effectively with both co-workers and customers
  • you have excellent adaptability to different tasks and personalities
  • you are interested in digital processes and solutions and you master them quickly
  • interior designer, interior stylist degree advantage

 

Experience required:

  • We are looking for 1-3 years of professional experience / intrants with student work experience
  • Required education: higher education
  • Required language skills: English (Intermediate / communicative level)
  • Type of employment: Full-time

 

Place and time of work:

  • Place of work: 1033 Budapest, Bogdáni út 1., InnoConcept Design
  • Working hours: shop opening hours Mon-Fri 10-18, Sat 10-15
  • 40-hour working week, Monday homeoffice, or rest day in case of Saturday work
